Despite the current situation, our Eshop remains open so that you can continue to cook tasty meals in attractive dishes and bake homemade bread. 

Our manufacturing workshops are closed. Therefore, we are likely to be out of stock on some references.

We have also had to take special precautionary measures. Our order preparation service is provided by voluntary employees who work in accordance with the government recommended health measures to guarantee everyone’s safety.

The item I would like to order is not available.

Click on "Notify me when the product is available" to enter your email address. This will allow you to receive an alert as soon as our workshops reopen and have manufactured the item you want.

 

What type of delivery can I select and when will it be delivered?

At the moment we can only offer the standard delivery method. Your orders will be prepared and sent with the utmost care by our shipping department. You will receive them within 6 to 10 days, and up to 2 weeks for customized items, subject to the carrier’s operations.

 

The mention "There is no carrier to deliver to the selected address" appears when I want to order.

Our carrier has temporarily suspended delivery in certain regions until further notice. You can find the list here. We invite you to try again when the health crisis improves.


I want to return the order I just received

You must send us a message via our return form within 14 days of receiving your package, notifying us of your wish to withdraw.

Under the current circumstances, we are unable to receive your package. So be sure to keep the original packaging to return the item(s) to us in the best conditions, when the time comes, in order to ensure a refund. We advise you to keep your package until we re-open. Our services will then provide you with the necessary information. Until then, the date on your email (via the contact form) will be proof of your return request.

Upon receipt of your package, subject to items received in good condition, we will reimburse you within 30 days, as stipulated in our Terms & Conditions.
