Due to our annual summer shutdown, all orders including engraving and placed after 22th July and all standard orders submitted after 28th July will be processed from 16th August.
In this exceptional situation, we have adapted the working conditions of our teams to guarantee everyone's safety and to carry on our activities as well as possible.
Deliveries are maintained in mainland France and in the following countries: Germany, Benelux, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Republic of Ireland and Slovenia.
Delivery to the following countries is excluded: Austria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Northern Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Greek Islands, the Canaries, the Italian Islands, Balearic Islands and the Portuguse Islands.
In Mainland France, packages are usually dispatched within 3 or 5 working days (except for periods including public holidays and during the period of closure in summer). They are sent via GLS France with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
In Europe, in the countries listed above, packages are usually dispatched within 6 or 10 working days.
Shipping costs are free in Mainland France (except in Corsica) for any order totalling over €69. For orders totalling €69 or less, the cost of shipping starts at €6.90 depending on the shipping carrier.
Shipping to Corsica and Europe (Germany, Benelux, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Republic of Ireland and Slovenia*) is free for any order totaling over €119. In other cases, the cost of shipping is €14.90.
* We do not ship to Austria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Northern Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Greek Islands, the Canaries, the Italian Islands, Balearic Islands and the Portuguese Islands.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postal charges. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, therefore in such cases, shipping costs would apply to each order.
You would like to return a product because you have changed your mind.
After filling in our form here, you will have to return the product to us, at your own cost, in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the original labels and packaging, with a copy of the invoice, in the same box or a similar one. To be able to follow-up your request, we would like you to send us proof of posting. When we receive your package at our warehouse, we will check the condition of the returned product and will then process your refund.
The delivery fees paid when you placed your order will not be refunded.
If you used a promotional code for your purchase, we will refund the amount paid after this discount.
We do not accept personalized products.
Exchanges are not permitted. If you would like to exchange an item, you will have to return it first and then buy the desired item again on our website.
You have received a product that is faulty or doesn’t correspond to your order.
In the simplified form here, you can provide details of the problem encountered and send us photos of the product received. Our Customer Services department will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
- If you receive a product that was damaged during transport, our Customer Services department will contact you to either send you the damaged item again or issue a refund.
- If you receive an item that is flawed, our Customer Services department will contact you to determine whether the item can still be used or not.
o If the item can still be used, we can send you compensation in the form of a voucher to use on our website www.shop.emilehenry.com
o If our Customer Services department deems the item unusable, you will receive a “return” label to send the item back to us (within France, for an item worth over €50). You will need to carefully repackage the item, stick the return label to the package and then choose where you would like to leave the package on the GLS website. When we receive proof of postage, we will send you the item you originally ordered as soon as possible (and subject to available stock).
- In the event that you receive an item that does not correspond to your order (our Customer Services department will compare the photographed item and the delivery note received with your order), you should inform us using the form here within 14 days, from the date you received your order. We will send you a return label; you will need to carefully repackage the item, stick this return label to the package and then choose where you would like to leave the package on the GLS website. When we receive proof of postage, we will send you the item you originally ordered as soon as possible (subject to available stock), within 30 days. In the event that the item is not available in stock, we will refund you the amount paid, excluding the delivery fees. If you used a promotional code for your purchase, we will refund the amount paid after this discount.
