COVID-19 - important information

In this exceptional situation, we have adapted the working conditions of our teams to guarantee everyone's safety and to carry on our activities as well as possible.

Deliveries are maintained in mainland France and in the following countries: Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, United-Kingdom, Monaco and Austria excepted for the Canary Islands, the Italian Islands and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your payment. They are sent via GLS France with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping costs are free in Mainland France (except in Corsica) for any order totalling over €69. For orders totalling €69 or less, the cost of shipping is €6.90. 

Shipping to Corsica and Europe (Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Monaco and Austria*) is free for any order totaling over €119. In other cases, the cost of shipping is €14.90.

* We do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Italian Islands and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postal charges. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, therefore in such cases, shipping costs would apply to each order.


Products must be returned at your expense, in the same condition in which you received them, unused, with their original packaging and label, with a copy of the invoice, and in the same cardboard box or a similar one. Once we receive your package in our warehouses, we'll check the condition of the returned items, and proceed to issue you a refund.

The cost of the shipping paid at the time of the order shall not be refunded.

In cases where the purchase was made with a promotional code, the refund shall be to the proportional total amount spent after the discount was applied.

We don't do exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first request for the unwanted item to be returned, and then buy the item you want on our website.
